DHL eCommerce Shipping Supplies ordering instruction
Shipping supplies can be ordered by customers only via the “Shipping Supplies order form” by sending it to a dedicated e-mail address for each depot.

In the event that the Customer has several branches, each branch may place orders independently, but the ordering party must carbon copy (cc) the Customer’s authorised person in the order e-mail.
This policy does not apply to Customers who are brokers (sales agents) of DHL services. Broker customers are kindly asked to contact their sales representative to agree on an ordering policy for shipping supplies.
Sales representative, Contact Centre and couriers will not accept orders for sihpping supplies.

From 1 November 2022 we start charging for company packaging and consumable supplies.
- Charge for cardboard packaging (depends on the dimensions),
• box S – 29,4 x 23,4 x 5,8 (cm) 2,00 PLN
• box M – 49,4 x 24,4 x 16,8 (cm) 3,50 PLN
• box L – 49,4 x 29,4 x 38,8 (cm) 5,00 PLN
• box XL – 49,5 x 47,0 x 42,0 (cm) 9,00 PLN
- Plastic puche PLN 0.90
- Envelope PLN 0.60
- Self-adhesive sleeve PLN 0.15
- Self-adhesive label PLN 0.08
Information on the price of envelopes can be found in the Price List or at your sales representative.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that shipments of ordered consumables will be sent at the customer's expense, according to his individual rates.
