An account without attached customer number (SAP) can have all details changed. For an account linked to such number, possible changes are limited to first name and surname, phone numbers and the default CC (Cost Centre) field, a number used by some companies in the shipment verification process and appearing on invoices. In order to change/update your other details, please contact your account manager or use the My Requests tab.

To make such changes, simply use portal DHL24 the My Requests tab as a signed in user. After clicking on the Submit Request button, the system will allow you to select applicable categories and submit selected instructions.

In most cases this option is not enabled by default in the DHL24 application. To send shipments from point A to point B domestically at the expense of a company acting as a so-called third party payer, an additional request has to be submitted. This option is available to customers with an agreement. In My Requests tab, select the Third Party Payer option form the drop-down menu and complete the required information.

Adding a recipient to your address book can be done in several ways. Address details can be entered using the Addresses tab, pressing the Add New Address button. When creating a shipment, you can also tick the Add to Address Book checkbox (visible under the recipient’s e-mail address). It will be added to the database only after the shipment has been approved. Specification for this field can be fixed with the Templates button.

If a regular collections declaration has been submitted to a DHL eCommerce account manager, the application will allow you to incorporate such functionality to the DHL24 portal. When this option is enabled, the system disregards time restrictions / locks and allows to create shipments despite locked courier areas. A standing order can be enabled under Tools › Regular Collection Settings by selecting Declare a signed regular collection contract and press Zapisz. Disabling this option means that orders will be created according to the standard timeframe (e.g. for the following day). Please sign out of the DHL24 application after completing each change.

To set fixed parameters for shipments, which will always be completed automatically, follow these steps. Open the window for creating a new shipment. First, enter the required data, e.g. weight, dimensions, content, address, select additional checkboxes, etc. Then click Save As New Template > New or Overwrite Template and assign it a name. To avoid selecting it from the menu every time, you can set is as default. All you need to do, is to enter the Templates menu and in Options select the first icon on the right, next to the envelope, with which you can also create a new shipment. The application has no limit on the number of custom templates and allows to set default specifications for each available field/window. Selecting Allegro Template will define fixed parameters for batch printing of all shipments imported from Allegro in a dedicated tab in DHL24.

While signed in, use the Reports tab. Choose the time range (max. 31 days within a given period). After clicking Generate Report, a default report will appear immediately on the page or will be exported to a CSV/Excel file (depending on your choice) . You can add your own columns/fields with Edit Custom Report. After saving your changes, remember to select them in Report Type.

Tools > Manage Users is available for users who signed in with an account linked to an agreement and having simplified local administrator rights for their login. From this tab you can, after completing the data, add a new account in DHL24 for your employee or team, activate it and assign a CC number. You also have the capability to approve the use of rates for a particular account from the agreement or block it entirely. To access this feature, you need to submit a request to your account manager at DHL eCommerce.

To download a delivery confirmation with the recipient’s signature, after signing in, go to the My Parcels tab. On the right side, from Options, choose Download LP Scan. ** Please note that availability of the scan is limited to the account on which the package has been created.
