To add your customer number (SAP number) and activate it, sign in to the DHL24 application and select the profile icon and the “My Data” section at he top of the screen. Then select the option “Change Customer Number”. After pressing the “Save” button, an activation link for the customer number will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your agreement. ** Note: The link activating the customer number (SAP number) is sent to the e-mail address indicated on the DHL eCommerce agreement signing form or to the local administrator. To activate your SAP number, sign in to the DHL24 application and confirm it. If you do not have an account in the DHL24 application, activation of the SAP number will fail. In case you do not receive an e-mail with the activation link, please check the spam folder in your inbox. It is possible that the spam filter has moved it there.

From the main menu choose Sign in > Recover Password and enter your e-mail login. You will receive a link to change your password on the indicated e-mail address. You can also change your password while signed in by clicking on the profile icon and going to My Details > Change Password ** Remember (if you are a user of one of the dedicated key user domains) to always sign in through your dedicated domain and not the standard www.dhl24.com.pl address.
