Lidl joins the DHL POP network

Lidl shops joined the DHL POP network expanding it by over 700 locations. Currently the POPs will allow sending and receiving parcels in over 13 000 locations throughout Poland.

The POP infrastructure spans the whole country: DHL POPs are available in major retail chains such as Żabka, abc, Biedronka, Kaufland and Stokrotka as well as Inmedio newspaper outlets and Shell and Moya gas stations. 85% of consumers have a POP DHL within a maximum of 10 minutes from their home or work. The dense network is not the only advantage of POPs, other benefits are equally important which make customers want to use them.

·         Very long time provided for parcel collection - parcels can wait up to 7 days.

·         Hours during which it is possible to collect a parcel - in the vast majority of cases these are places where it is possible to collect a parcel from 6.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.

·         Consistent temperature for parcel storage - especially important when the parcel contains products that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations, such as cosmetics.
