1. Customer Dashboard in DHL24
For our business customers, we have created a Dashboard - a tool that comprehensively summarises all customer shipments from the entire month in one clear place. As an added benefit, data can be exported to a file, making it easier to prepare internal reports on the customer side.

2. Combining courier orders for shipments up to 31.5kg
We have implemented improvements in the handling of orders for the receipt of shipments up to 31.5 kg registered by DHL24 and API users. The new solution consists in automatically combining them into one collective order, which allows to gain more control over the shipments of a given shipper and reduce the courier's working time.

Orders are combined:

- scheduled for the same day,

- from the same shipping address,

- placed by the same DHL24/API user.


3. Additional attachments in claim forms
We have introduced the possibility to add additional attachments in the claim forms to streamline the whole process and make it more transparent and convenient for users.

New fields in the form include:

- photo of the outer packaging,

- photo of the inner protection,

- photo of damage to contents.


4. Claims for transfer invoices in DHL24
We have released a new feature that also allows customers who do not have an account to submit complaints about DHL24 transfer invoices. From now on, any user can use the complaint form without logging in.

5. Changes to the age verification service
In order to protect both senders and recipients, we have introduced changes to the 18+ service that provide a higher level of security for deliveries requiring proof of age. It is now mandatory for customers using this service to provide the recipient's email address and/or phone number.
