1. Return shipments in the MyDHL app
We have introduced a new solution that further simplifies the returns process. Thanks to the integration of MyDHL with DHL24, users can now quickly and easily initiate returns to their company directly within the mobile app. This means less paperwork, shorter processing times and greater convenience for recipients. The new feature also allows returns to be initiated at the consumer’s expense.
The configuration is available to all DHL24 users and can be found in the ‘Returns’ tab.
2. Entry Summary Declaration (PDS) for shipments to Ireland and Northern Ireland
Due to the ICS2 legal requirement, for shipments to Ireland and Northern Ireland transported by land, a T2 document and a summary import declaration must be provided for the Irish customs authorities.
DHL will handle all customs formalities on behalf of customers. The sender will be required to provide the following details:

3. Transliteration into the Latin alphabet
Automatic transliteration of data into the Latin alphabet has been introduced. Data entered in languages such as Bulgarian or Greek is recorded in the Latin alphabet for shipments destined for Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece, both within the system and on labels.

We have modified the process for selecting the type of request in the Instructions/Complaints form
