How to switch to another Allegro account using DHL24?
Currently, the website does not have the option to switch between Allegro accounts. As a workaround, you may need to sign in parallel using a different web browser or clear all cookie files of the DHL24 website in Settings/Options in your web browser.

I am creating an international shipment - what postal code format should I use?
Attached below, is the table of codes for deliveries to countries available in the DHL24 portal, where N stands for a number and A for a letter. E.g. NNNNAA = 9090WB . Use the following formats paying attention to the number of characters, missing spaces, hyphens, etc.

I am experiencing problems printing from DHL24.
If you are using a regular printer with A4 paper sheets, always choose the label Print LBLP label (A4) PDF. When printing a label from a PDF file, remember to select Fit or Fit to Paper Size and Automatic Landscape/Portrait Orientation.

- If thermal labels are too small, set the correct dimensions (e.g. 10 x 15 cm depending on the length of the labels on the roll) by selecting in Windows: Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Devices and Printers. Pointing at a device, for example, select Printing Preferences with the right mouse button. In the options, change the size to e.g.: width 10 cm, height 15 cm. Leave the remaining data unchanged.
- If the printer cuts off labels or prints them inaccurately, you can revert to the factory settings. You can do this (Zebra models) by holding the button next to the LED until 4 fast sequential blinks. As a last resort, check for dust contamination inside the upper head or the lower roller. Mechanical defects (lit red LED) can be reported to the manufacturer’s servicing department or account manager.

Calibration of the device is performed with the label roll in place. The first label must be extended beyond the case. Next: - turn the printer off (the switch on the back of the printer in the OFF position) - press the button with an LED on the cover (and hold it down) - holding the button down, turn the printer on by switching the relevant button in the ON position (the LED button remains pressed all this time). The LED will light up in the following colours and order: purple / blue / purple / red. When red colour appears, release the button. The 4BARCODE printer will automatically calibrate itself for your label length and align itself for printing. In case of problems, we have also prepared for you an instructional video available at:

I cannot book a courier for today / current date.
The reason for this may be a disabled parcel collection in a particular area due to, for example, obstructions on the route or exceeding the cut-off time for delivery. DHL24 system will provide you with the earliest possible delivery date. If time is of essence, you can drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL ServicePoint or DHL Parcel ServicePoint. Is it possible to import my address book into the DHL24 panel?
I created a shipment that does not appear on the shipment confirmation.
For a shipment to appear on the PSC report, the PDF file with the label must be downloaded and/or printed. It is also important that the PSC date matches the actual date of shipment.
A downloaded PDF label is blank / has no data.
An outdated plug-in or PDF reading software might be the issue. Follow these steps:
- if you use Google Chrome , in the browser (new tab), in the address bar type “chrome:plugins”, find the line “Chrome PDF Viewer” and disable this plugin. Turn off/on your browser.
- Install another program to read PDF files or download an update from the official developer's website at: https://get.adobe.com/pl/reader/
