1. Packaging protects your shipment
Use good quality corrugated cardboard boxes for shipping.
For delicate or heavy items we recommend double packing.
Avoid used cartons that could lose their stiffness.
Completely fill the inside of the box, for example with bubble wrap or crushed paper.
Incomplete cartons may collapse, and overflowed ones may burst. Therefore, choose the packaging suitable for the size of the shipment.
When you send multiple items, wrap them separately and use the compartments. This prevents the contents from moving during transport, which can cause damage on both package and goods.
Secure the cardboard with a good quality tape - so the packaging will be less likely to be damaged or destroyed.
2. Write with a marker or pen the parcel number on the box or place the shipping label on the top surface of the carton - this will help us in keeping the shipment in a fixed position during transportation. If you use the original packaging, remove old labels before sticking a return label.
