https://dhl24.com.pl/zwroty/. On the website, please do the following: a. Enter the 11-digit shipment number from your DHL return label into the mandatory field and click “Return Parcel” b. Select “Courier Collection” c. Check your address details and make any necessary corrections. You can also click “Change” to enter your e-mail address and telephone number. d. Indicate the date and time of the pickup and click “Return Parcel”. Please note that only one label should be placed on a parcel. After booking a courier collection, you will receive an e-mail at the provided address (unless the address is not correct or your e-mail application directed it to the spam folder). This confirms that the collection date has been successfully booked. In case of problems with booking a courier, please contact DHL Parcel Customer Service Team.

You can do it using the link provided by the seller or in your user account in the shop, e.g.
on the Zalando website under “My Returns”. Click on “Generate Return Label”, download the PDF file and print it.
** Note: It is not possible to return a parcel at a DHL Parcelshop delivery point or by a DHL courier with a used label or a label issued by another company. Don’t stick several labels on one parcel.
